The past tense is slew, except that slayed occurs in the slang sense of "to delight or overwhelm," a jocular (愛開玩笑的) and hyperbolic figurative use: 



His [comic] routines just slayed me! 



The Standard past participle is slain, also widely used as a participial adjective, which together with slayer has become a headline writer’s cliché. See EXECUTE.
